2. Client Responsibilities

- Make payments on time according to your invoice terms

3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due as stated on the invoice (typically within 14 days unless otherwise agreed)
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
- For recurring services, monthly or annual billing may apply based on the service agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend service if payments are not received on time

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. We may store data on secure third-party platforms (e.g., cloud accounting software) as part of our service delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
VanTac Financing shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client
- Issues beyond our control, including software outages or regulatory changes
Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, branding, and tools, is the intellectual property of VanTac Financing and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without written permission.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
